Cakes, Pies, Fruit Breads, and Cinnamon Rolls
For Breakfast and Lunch
This year the event will begin on Saturday evening with a Fish Fry and hot turkey sandwich dinner from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. During the evening there will be a baked goods table. The regular auction will begin at 7 P.M. on Saturday evening and run until about 10:00 P.M. We will resume the event on Sunday with an egg casserole breakfast starting at 8:00 A.M. The auction on Sunday will begin at 10:00 A.M. with the grain auction and continue with the regular auction following the grain. The student presentation and class projects will begin at 1:00 P.M. Lunch and Dinner will be served from 11:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
Each family in the school system is asked to contribute pies, fruit breads, coffee cakes, or cinnamon rolls for the annual Holy Trinity God’s Portion Day auction.
Families whose last names begin with letters A – M are asked to donate 2 fruit pies.
Families whose last names begin with letter N – Z are asked to donate 2 coffee cakes, 2 loaves of fruit bread, or 2 dozen muffins/cinnamon rolls.
Please bring the baked goods to Holy Trinity Jr./Sr. High School on Saturday, October 22nd from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Please tag these items for breakfast and lunch so they get to the appropriate area. Also, put your name on the items and/or sign the donation book.
BAKED GOODS BOOTH
In addition to bringing baked goods for breakfast and lunch, we would appreciate any baked items that you can donate to the Baked Goods Booth. Please label and bring these items to the Baked Good Booth on Saturday, October 22nd from 9:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.
