EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER
FORT MADISON

"Where Tomorrow's Minds are Shaped Today"

OUR PURPOSE

The Holy Trinity Early Childhood Center provides quality child care, based on developmentally appropriate practices and Christian values, in a safe and trustworthy educational environment.
The early childhood programs will nurture and challenge the physical, cognitive, language, social-emotional, and creative development of young children.

OUR SERVICES

Daycare
Our daycare is currently for 2-5year olds and is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Daycare for school-age children is also available during the summer months.
Preschool
Our preschool program has provided hundreds of children with an excellent educational start for many, many years and continues to be one of the premiere preschools in the area.
Our preschool sessions include:
4 year olds:
M-W-F from 8:30 - 11:00 a.m.
M-W-F from 12:30 - 3:00 p.m.
3 year olds:
T-Th from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
W-F from 12:30 - 3:00 p.m.
Pre-Kindergarten
Our pre-kindergarten is one of the few in the area and is intended for those children who are finished with preschool but are just not quite ready for kindergarten for any number of reasons. The program prepares the children for kindergarten by giving them the basic foundations and confidence needed to begin their educational journey. (Children must be 5 years old by April, 2009.)
8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
Kindergarten
Our kindergarten offers a challenging curriculum while allowing children to have loads of fun while learning! Our current teacher-student ratio is 1:12 which enables the teachers to provide all students with the attention and instruction that they need. Accelerated reading is used at this level and learning centers are a big part of the environment. We also have new computers in the kindergarten rooms that offer a variety of programs to enhance learning. (Chilren must be 5 by Sept. 15, 2008)
8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Before & After School Care
7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. through 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
