Mandatory Boys Basketball Meeting - There will be a boys basketball meeting right after school, Thursday May 23rd for all current 8th-11th graders who plan to play basketball next season. The meeting will take place in the gym and will take 15 minutes. If you are unable to attend the meeting call Coach Loren Menke 319-759-3022 before May 23rd to make other arrangements for a meeting. This meeting is mandatory if you plan to play basketball or are thinking about playing basketball next season.

EXPERIENCE THE JOY OF BECOMING A HOST FAMILY!
Feel the spirit of an exchange student as they learn about the culture of United States and all of traditions and history our country has to offer. Help them understand and participate in everyday activities with you and your family. Every day will be a new experience for them – watch their eyes sparkle with excitement when they go to their first ballgame or taste their first American barbecue. Learn about their country and culture and share it with the community. Hosting a student from another country can be an extremely gratifying experience for your entire family.
As a Host Family, you will receive a monthly stipend to help cover the expenses of having a student in your home.
Holy Trinity Catholic Schools is working with Educatius International to bring foreign exchange students to Holy Trinity. **Today is Friday, May 24, 2013 it is a “B” day. Today the Menu is: Fish Square, Cheese Slice or Grilled Cheese, Peas, Pears, Cake and Milk. Faculty are asked to mark Grilled cheese under the 2nd choice option on-line. Be sure to indicate the students extra choice on the extra form if ordering an extra entrée
**The AP Environmental Science students will be eating 1stlunch today. These students should let their study hall teachers know that they will be gone today.
**There are lost and found items set out on tables in the lobby area, please take anything that is yours! Items not claimed when school is out will be donated to a charity.
**We have a cell phone turned into the office if anyone is missing theirs, please stop in to identify.
**Students are reminded to get student auction, lend-a-student payments and lunch accounts paid off before the last day of school!
SPORTS NEWS
**All cross country runners please stop in the gymnasium over your lunch hour to sign up with Coach Hannum for the upcoming fall season and to get a running chart for the summer.
**Junior High track uniforms are due in the office by Tuesday to the office.

Salads offered as a lunch option -
The students at the Jr/Sr High will have a salad option for lunch Mondays through Thursdays. It will be the same price as a regular lunch and will include everything but the entrée.

Online Grading Information -
The JMC Online Grading System for students in grades 4-12 is available for use. Grades K-3 are given access in order to check their lunch balances and attendance; however grades are not displayed.
Login and passwords have remained the same, however, if you are new to the system or are having trouble viewing information, please call the Jr/Sr High Office at 372-2486 or contact Donna McVeigh at donna.mcveigh@holytrinityschools.org
